Hello, I’m Helen.

I’ve spent over 30 years working with children, young people, and families across the NHS, children’s services, and within primary schools. I currently work closely with both children and parents in school settings, supporting them day to day.

I am also a Deputy Safeguarding Lead, hold an enhanced DBS, and am trained as an Emotional Literacy Support Assistant (ELSA).

Alongside my professional experience, I’m also a parent to a son with ADHD, which has given me a deeper, lived understanding of both the challenges and the strengths that can come with it.

Throughout my career, I’ve seen how much ADHD can affect everyday life—not just for the individual, but for the whole family. It can bring frustration, misunderstandings, and a sense that nothing quite seems to work.

As a qualified ADHD coach, I now focus on offering support that is kind, practical, and realistic.
